Ordering

Yes, we are happy to provide samples before you place a full order, but please note that a fee will be charged for the samples.

  • For orders ≤ US $10,000: Full payment via T/T is required.
  • For orders > US $10,000: We require a 30% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.
  • Stock samples: A small fee is charged for stock items.
  • Custom samples: Fees vary based on design complexity and typically range from $100 to $200 for additional design work.
  • Stock samples: We generally refund the sample fees once you place a bulk order.
  • Custom samples: As these involve development costs, the sample fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • Stock samples: We ship within 3 days.
  • Custom samples: Delivery typically takes 5-15 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
    Please note that shipping times after dispatch will depend on your chosen delivery method. We offer various shipping options, including DHL, Air Mail, and Sea Freight, to meet your specific needs.
  • Stock products: We ship within 3-5 days after receiving payment.
  • Custom products: Delivery time ranges from 15-30 days, depending on your packaging and design requirements.
    Shipping time after dispatch will vary based on the shipping method selected. We offer DHL, Air Mail, and Sea Freight options to fit your budget and delivery needs.

Our standard packaging consists of OPP bags (with header cards). If you have special packaging requirements, feel free to contact us for custom packaging options.

Our nearest loading ports are in Shanghai and Ningbo.
